Looking Ahead:

  • Finals Week | Monday, December 18 - Thursday, December 21

    • Please read this letter to view the Finals Week schedule. Please note that no students need to come to campus on Friday, December 22.

    • Students will be dismissed at 12 PM everyday. The building will remain open until 1:45 PM. After 1:45 PM, the building will be closed and any remaining students will be ushered to the South Holland Public Library.

    • Teachers will host Office Hours everyday between 12:30-1:30 PM. The deadline for students to sign up for Office Hours via FocusPeriod is 5 PM the day before the desired Office Hours day.

    • All students must attend the entire Finals Week block for each of their class periods. They will not be dismissed early. Students in a Study Hall do not have to be on campus. If they report to campus, they will be ushered to a supervised Study Hall block to do work.

    • Seniors will present their capstone presentations during Period 5.

    • Sports schedules will be affected. Practice times may be moved up. If practice times are not moved up, students must leave the building until 30 minutes before the start of practice. Please reach out to your coaches for practice times.

Lunch next week:

  • There will be no school-provided lunch next week. Student Government will be selling pizza to any interested students.

Quarter 2 Progress Reports:

  • The semester ends on December 22. Please remember that grades in any quarter-long and semester-long classes are finalized at the end of this semester. Quarter 2 Progress Reports will be sent home the week students return from Christmas break.
