Looking Ahead:
Finals Week | Monday, December 18 - Friday, December 22
Please read this letter to view the Finals Week schedule.
Students will be dismissed at 12 PM everyday. The building will remain open until 1:45 PM. After 1:45 PM, the building will be closed and any remaining students will be ushered to the South Holland Public Library.
All students must attend the entire Finals Week block for each of their class periods. They will not be dismissed early. Students in a Study Hall* are still required to be on campus.
*Upperclassmen will be given a permission slip to be signed by parents if they would like to leave campus during their Study Hall period.
Seniors will present their capstone presentations during Period 5.
Teachers will host Office Hours everyday. The deadline for students to sign up for Office Hours via FocusPeriod is 5pm the day before the desired Office Hours day.
Sports schedules will be affected. Practice times may be moved up. If practice times are not moved up, students must leave the building until 30 minutes before the start of practice.
Lunch Orders:

Driver’s Ed:
Please make sure to pay your driver's education fees ASAP! This holds your spot and makes sure you are ready to go in January. Final payments are due TODAY, Monday, December 4. Our first class is Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Please email Mrs. Veldboom at aveldboom@weareuca.org if you have any questions.
service opportunities:
Angel Tree Service Opportunity | All Angel Tree gifts are due back to school by Monday, December 11. If you would rather make a donation to the cause instead of a gift, please pay in the Main Office. Thank you!
Tissue donations | If you are willing to donate tissue boxes, please bring them to Ms. Pointer in the Main Office.

winter jam:
Winter Jam final payments are due December 15! Be sure to secure your spot by submitting your payment and permission slip to the main office.
