UCA Re-enrollment Fee Goes Up
The re-enrollment price goes up today to $250 if you have not yet re-enrolled your student for next year. Please re-enroll today to hold your spot.
Senior Awards Breakfast and Cap & Gown Photos | May 22 from 8:00-9:00 AM
Seniors and families, please come join us to celebrate the accomplishments of our seniors! Dress code is semi-formal. Breakfast will be provided.
Seniors will also take photos in their Cap & Gowns at 9:30 AM on this day.
Final Shout Outs | May 24
Our final Shout Outs of the year will be dedicated to passing out our department and character awards and a Red Tulip Award from the Village of South Holland!

Memorial Day, No School | May 27
Calling all students and families! Next Monday is the South Holland Memorial Day Parade, and UCA has a spot to represent our school! We need students and parents to walk the parade as well as hand out candy and postcards to all the people watching. Parents and students can meet next week Monday at UCA by 9:15 AM and walk over together to Thornwood to line up. Other family members are welcome to have a car at First Reformed Church for pick up at the end of the parade. The theme is Patriotic so please wear RED, WHITE and BLUE! Please send a email to Ms. Pointer at mpointer@weareuca.org by Friday morning if you are able to participate.
Finals Week

Students may leave everyday at 2:30 PM.
Students do not need to attend any of their Study Hall periods. However, if they are on campus during that period, they must attend Study Hall.
Students who do not have to attend the Make Up Period on Thursday are expected to come to school by 9:45AM to clean out their lockers.
Students will submit their chromebooks and chargers at the end of Period 7 during Finals Week. Please note that families will be charged via Blackbaud for any damages or missing devices.

Seniors: cap & Gowns
Seniors: Graduation Cap and Gowns are in! You can pick them up in Mrs. Veldboom's office. Be sure to bring them THIS WEDNESDAY to school as we will be taking our class picture that day at 9:30 AM.
EXCITING NEWS from the UCA RaiseRight/TRIP (Tuition Reduction Incentive Program):
We completed our second rebate period on April 30! Many UCA families will see their tuition reduction in the May Blackbaud Tuition Management accounts! Congratulations! (Please review our distribution policy attached)
The future distribution occurs after October 21, 2024. *Distributions are only twice a school year*Everyone can begin using RaiseRight anytime. All participants must complete the registration form, consent to the program policies and return to the Main Office. Remember to link your RaiseRight account to your banking institution to begin shopping.
Use RaiseRight for all your summer spending/travel and check the RaiseRight brands to maximize your tuition credits. 850+ vendors.
Best ways to increase your earnings are with gas, groceries and entertainment purchases.
Share the program with the Invite Friends and Family feature in the Raise Right App. (click Account-> Settings-> Send Email or Text)
For the summer months of June to early August we recommend using the ship-to-home program for any plastic card orders, if possible.
