Drama Club Shoutout:

  • We would like to congratulate Drama Club on a highly successful and entertaining first-ever live production! Under the leadership of Mr. Van Dyke and Mrs. Morgan, a team of actors and stangehands put on two, one-act plays. Ticket sales exceeded expectations and the live audience went home laughing and happy. We would also like to shoutout 9th grader Robyn Jones, aka as “Fly Girl Robyn” for providing all of the refreshments for the play herself. She sold out of her baked goods (cheesecake, brownies, cupcakes, and cookies) and has decided to donate all of her revenue to UCA as the seed money for a baking club! To contact Robyn about future baking requests, email robynbyrd007@gmail.com.

Progress Report note:

  • Students took home physical copies of their Progress Reports on Friday, March 3 (or last week if they were absent on the 3rd). If you have not seen your student's Progress Report and would like a digital copy, please email Mrs. Bootsma.

End-of-year proactive circles:

  • Between now and the end of the school year, Mr. Harrison will be meeting with groups of UCA students for proactive circles. The goal of these circles is to advance the mission of Unity Christian Academy in the student body, address any issues that exist, and celebrate the virtues within our school community. We seek to provide high accountability and high support to all students. The majority of these meetings will be taking place during Office Hours and Student Choice Block. The plan is to meet with nearly every UCA student before the end of the year. If your student mentions being claimed in Focus Period (the system we use for scheduling non-class meetings), it is not a consequence. These are proactive measures to promote good within our students and school. If you have any questions, email Mr. Harrison.

Tuition and Re-enrollment:

  • Click here to review again UCA’s 2023-2024 Tuition Model.

  • Applications for tuition assistance are due on the 10th of every month.

  • While UCA's 2023-2024 budget will include a significant investment in tuition assistance, there will be a limit. It is not guaranteed that families will receive tuition assistance. Applying sooner will make it more likely that tuition assistance is available.

  • Use this form to submit any questions you have about UCA tuition.
